House hunting
Shop with your agent while Joe stays on call. Need an updated letter for a specific offer amount, or a payment estimate on a house you just toured? Text him — evenings and weekends included.
Offer accepted
Under contract! Joe locks your rate strategy with you, finalizes your loan structure, and gets the file moving the same day.
Processing & appraisal
Fairway orders the appraisal and the processing team assembles your file. If anything is needed from you, you hear about it immediately — not at the deadline.
Underwriting
An underwriter reviews everything against program guidelines. Conditions come back, Joe translates them into plain English, you knock them out together.
Clear to close
The magic words. Final numbers arrive in your Closing Disclosure at least three days before signing, and Joe walks you through every line so nothing at the table is a surprise.
Closing day
Final walkthrough, signatures, keys. Joe stays your mortgage person afterward — for refinance questions, payoff math, or your next place.
